Careers Advice

Schools in England are legally required to provide independent careers guidance for all pupils in Years 8-13 ensuring they are inspired and motivated to fulfil their full potential.

Bridge House have a critical role to play in preparing our pupils for the next stage of their education or training and beyond, ensuring that they are well-informed when making subject and career decisions.

Bridge House measures the effectiveness of the careers advice received by considering both the attainment and destination of our pupils.  The data produced shows the percentage of pupils who have continued their education or training (including through an apprenticeship), went into employment and those who were not in education, employment or training (NEET).
